Chateau De Garde
We had the pleasure of travelling to the Bordeaux region recently as part of a Spanish/French Road trip.
The destination was a stunning wedding at the spectacular Château de Garde, located in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards.
If you are planning an Irish wedding abroad, this is certainly one destination to pop on your shortlist.
Run by owners Céline and Dimitri, the estate’s recent tasteful renovation has given the 18th century Château de Garde a wonderful lift and the couple’s eye for detail is second to none.
The decor throughout the main chateau and their renovated outbuilding Maison du Métayer, is exquisite.
We had to share some pictures of the interior and exterior with our MAHAH members as it was totally our kind of venue.
